Note:

POOL RESERVATIONS ONLY:
Rentals cancelled before the event due to summer storms
- The rental may be rescheduled to another available date.
- If no alternate date is available, a refund will be issued, minus a $10 administrative service fee.
Rentals cancelled due to summer storms within the first hour.
- If the rental is cancelled less than one hour after it begins, the renter may receive a 50% refund.
Rentals cancelled due to summer storms after one hour.
- If the rental is cancelled after one hour has passed, the renter may receive a 25% refund.

Lightning & Thunder Safety Policy
For the safety of all guests and staff, the following procedures will be enforced:
1. Immediate Pool Closure: If pool staff see lightning or hear thunder, the pool will be cleared for 30 minutes.
2. Resetting the Safety Clock: If additional lightning or thunder occurs during that 30-minute wait, the timer will reset, and a new 30-minute closure will begin.

Due to staffing, we typically do not allow reservations in August and September.
